Transforming lives through collaboration and compassion

People living with neurological and psychiatric disorders are central to our work, because at Xenon, it’s not just what we do, but how we do it: together.

We believe that partnering with advocates, patients, families, and HCPs is the only way to create meaningful change in healthcare.

Stories that inspire us

We are driven to better understand epilepsy, from both a scientific standpoint and through the patient experience, to enable the development of new medicines that address unmet needs and get people back to focusing on life—rather than focusing on health conditions.

Listening and learning from people impacted by neurological and psychiatric disorders, as well as the individuals who care for them, inspires us every day.

Hear from Xenon employees about our commitment to patient-centered care and how we stay connected to the people and families who inspire us.

Supporting the epilepsy community means standing beside some of the strongest, most resilient people I know. I’m honored to help patients and families navigate their journey—because no one should face epilepsy alone. Xenon’s science and innovation reflect our commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and families. It’s about fostering connection, providing resources, and standing as a trusted partner through every step of the patient journey.”

Xenon employees demonstrate commitment to patient-centered care, staying connected to patients and families who inspire their work

Partnering with epilepsy patient advocacy groups is deeply meaningful to me and reminds me why our work matters. I’m inspired by their commitment to innovative research and empowering patient leaders like those in the National Epilepsy Foundation’s Research Ambassador Program, which Xenon proudly sponsors. Meeting these Ambassadors and hearing their stories has stayed with me throughout our marathon to bring new treatment options to the finish line! When advocacy is rooted in the realities of life with epilepsy, it can shape research, improve access to care, and offer support that truly makes a difference.”

Working at Xenon has inspired me to extend my advocacy for the patient community beyond my job responsibilities. Through my work as a Medical Science Liaison, I was connected with epileptologists and advocates in the US who also donate their time to provide resources and support to Care Epilepsy Ethiopia. I am now volunteering with this organization to help organize fundraising events and provide virtual lectures on antiseizure medicines to practitioners on the ground.”
