Interview processOur interview process is designed to give candidates and interviewers an opportunity to build rapport, learn more about Xenon’s strategy and objectives, and explore how the role and candidate’s experience align. Interviews may include a panel interview with key stakeholders, a presentation, and additional interviews with future colleagues across the company.
