Robin Sherrington, PhD

Dr Robin Sherrington has been with Xenon since March 2001 and has held his current role as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Innovation, since March 2019. He has been a vital part of our company’s growth, previously serving as Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President of Business and Corporate Development. Prior to joining Xenon, Robin worked at Pfizer as a neuroscientist, and before that, he was the Director of Neuroscience at biotechnology firms Axys Pharmaceuticals and Sequana Therapeutics. Robin was also a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Toronto after earning his PhD from University College London and his BSc with honors from the University of Reading.
