Darren Cline
Chief Commercial Officer
Darren Cline has been our Chief Commercial Officer since June 2025, bringing over 30 years of experience in commercial strategy, marketing, sales, market access, and operations. Before joining Xenon, he served as President and CEO of Epygenix Therapeutics, focusing on therapies for rare epileptic encephalopathies. Previously, as Chief Commercial Officer at GW Pharmaceuticals, Darren played a key role in the successful commercialization of Epidiolex®, contributing to the company’s acquisition by Jazz Pharmaceuticals. At Seagen, he held various leadership roles, ultimately serving as EVP, Commercial, where he drove the growth of Adcetris®, expanded commercial infrastructure across the US, Canada, and Europe, and led global brand launch preparations. Earlier, he was VP, Managed Care and Access, at Intermune and Executive Director of US Sales at Alexion. Darren holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS from San Diego State University.
